Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Denizli, Turkey.

Sample Orders
Sample orders are shipped via international express courier 
(UPS or equivalent) with full tracking. Estimated delivery 
time to the United States is 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total 
weight of your order. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are 
included in the shipping cost (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). 
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been 
dispatched.

Wholesale & Production Orders
Wholesale and production orders are shipped based on the 
delivery terms agreed upon at the time of order:

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — Door-to-door delivery via UPS. 
All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are 
included. No additional charges upon delivery.

DAP (Delivered at Place) — Goods are delivered to the 
destination address. Import duties and customs clearance 
are the buyer's responsibility.

FOB Izmir / Istanbul — Available for container shipments. 
Seller's responsibility ends when goods are loaded onto 
the vessel at the port of origin. Freight, insurance, and 
all subsequent costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Preferred delivery terms are confirmed in the order 
agreement prior to production.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for wholesale and production orders are 
invoiced separately prior to dispatch, based on actual 
weight, volumetric weight, and destination.

Note on Volumetric Weight
International courier companies calculate shipping fees 
based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever 
is greater. Volumetric weight is calculated as:
(Length x Width x Height in cm) / 5000

This may result in a higher shipping fee than the actual 
product weight would suggest. We will always communicate 
the estimated shipping cost before dispatch.

Tracking
Once your shipment is dispatched, we will share the 
tracking number with you via email. You can track your 
shipment directly on the courier's website.

Delays
We work with leading international courier companies to 
ensure timely delivery. However, we have no control over 
delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, 
or other factors beyond our control. We do not accept 
responsibility for such delays.
