Refund Policy
At Carettalia, all orders are made to order. Due to the custom and
wholesale nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer
refunds on completed orders.
Sample Orders
Sample orders are final sale. Samples are shipped from Denizli,
Turkey and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your sample arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each
case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or
store credit.
Sample Credit Toward Wholesale Orders
When you place a wholesale or production order, the difference between
the sample price paid and the wholesale unit price will be credited
toward your invoice. Shipping costs are excluded from this credit.
Wholesale & Production Orders
Full payment is required at order confirmation. Production begins
upon receipt of payment. Cancellations are not accepted once
production has started.
If goods arrive with manufacturing defects, please notify us within
7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. We will work to
resolve the issue promptly.
