From your first sample order to a fully branded production run — here's exactly how working with Carettalia works.
01 — Order a sample
Browse our catalog and select the product you want to evaluate. Each sample listing represents a specific weave type and weight — not a specific design or color. We ship whatever is currently available in that category.
- Sample price: $40 per unit
- Shipping: calculated at checkout based on order weight
- A free account is required to place an order
- Samples ship from Denizli, Turkey — allow 7–10 business days for US delivery
- No returns accepted. All sales are final.
02 — Evaluate quality
Your sample arrives. Now evaluate what matters in B2B textile sourcing: weave structure, weight, hand-feel, absorbency, and pre-wash shrinkage behavior. The specific design or color of the sample is secondary — what you're assessing is the quality of the weave and the material.
- Compare weave tightness and yarn quality
- Test absorbency and drying speed
- Check pre-wash dimensions vs. post-wash dimensions
- Consider how the product performs in your use case — hotel, spa, beach club, promotional
03 — Request a quote
Ready to move forward? Use our Request a Quote form to share your requirements. We respond within 1 business day with pricing, lead time, and any clarifying questions.
- Product type and weave (e.g. dobby peshtemal ~270g)
- Quantity and color preferences
- Branding requirements (label, hang tag, embroidery, custom design)
- Preferred delivery term (DDP, DAP, or FOB Izmir/Istanbul)
- Target delivery date if applicable
04 — Confirm & pay
Once you approve the quote, full payment is required to confirm your production order. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
- Full payment required at order confirmation
- Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment
- Sample credit applied automatically: the difference between what you paid for the sample and the wholesale unit price is deducted from your invoice
- Shipping costs from your sample order are non-refundable
Example: You paid $40 for a sample. Wholesale unit price is $5.38. Your invoice credit is $34.62.
05 — Production & shipping
Your order enters production. Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Once production is complete, your order ships via your chosen delivery method.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): door-to-door via UPS, all import duties and customs fees included — no surprises on delivery
- DAP (Delivered at Place): goods delivered to destination, buyer handles customs clearance
- FOB Izmir / Istanbul: for container shipments — our responsibility ends at the port of loading
You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For container shipments, we provide full documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading.
