Teos (Ancient Greek: Τέως) was an ancient Greek city on the coast of Ionia, situated on a low hilly peninsula between Chytrium and Myonnesus. Founded by Minyans from Orchomenus, Ionians, and Boeotians, Teos was one of the twelve cities of the Ionian League. Its ruins lie south of the modern town of Sığacık in the Seferihisar district of Izmir Province, Turkey.
